I do like this product but the spout doesn't work properly. The bolt that goes in the jug the threads are stripped and you can't get to seal up to the glass. I will have to replace it to use the jug.

I ordered this online to serve beverages at a baby shower. The first one came broken. The box was dented and looked like it had been mishandled in transit. The packaging in the delivery box could be better, not very protective. I recieved a replacement pretty quickly but still need to mail the other one back. Inconvenient. The replacement was not damaged but the glass does seem weak. You would probably be better of buying one with thicker glass. Other than the quality of the glass it does work and will do its job.
